Our service covers inspecting and assessing the property, producing an appraisal and advertising, Tenant viewings and referencing, drawing up a Tenancy Agreement and inventory, dealing with the legalities concerning the deposit and arrange a 10-year EPC. We will also sort the initial electrical and gas safety inspections and inform the relevant Utility companies and Council of new tenant(s).

The Full Management service will also provide Landlords with regular updates, free advice and most of all a personal service.
